Our 2009 Christmas

On Christmas Eve we went over to Phill and Carol's house. The entire family was able to make it. The cousins exchanged gifts and the parents played the "White Elephant" game. Each adult picked a nice gift for the same sex. I ended up with a Panini machine and Phillip got a Cabela's jacket. On Christmas morning we had breakfast at my parent's house and then returned there for dinner. The boy's got pretty much all that they asked for. By surprise, Santa bought them both four wheeler bike's. Maddy and Gavin also got one. You should see them all riding them. Once again the boy's could not stand still to take a family picture. Maybe next year, or the next:)

Christmas Tree 09

Yesterday we cut down our 2009 Christmas Tree. This year it was exciting to see how amazed the boys were picking out the tree. Too bad mine did not get picked. 3 against 1, I will never win. Today we decorated the tree. Tristan could not wait to hang his favorite ornament (Cougar one indeed, imagine that). Happy holiday. Love, the Ringrose Household.

Where did November go?

A few week's ago, we attended Tristan's school's Thanksgiving feast. The kids set the table and helped make a wonderful lunch. They looked so cute in their homemade costumes.

New slippers

Grandma Jan bought the boy's matching Spiderman slippers. The boys love them so much. Me too. Canyon slept with them the first night. Thank you Grandma!

Trick or Treat

Last night we took the kids out trick or treating in our neighborhood. We only made it to 10 houses, however they came home with so much candy. Thank goodness we can hide or throw it away. I wish that Phillip or I could get our pictures taken with them.

Pumpkin Patch 2009

Last weekend we went to Spooner Farms for our annual pumpkin patch trip. The battery went dead, so I was only able to take a couple pictures. The kids had a pony ride, they had so much fun.

What a day....

Canyon and I spent almost 3 hours this morning in the emergency room. The doctor (she was very nice) had to pop his elbow back into it's socket. I now know how to fix it if it ever happens again. During the time that we were there, my dad took Tristan to a pumpkin patch with his classmates. Thanks dad for taking so many pictures.

Even though he may have a temper, or does not mind me sometimes, watching him sleep reminds me how much I love him. Tristan, I love you so much. Thanks for making our lives complete.

A few updates

It's been 2 week's since my last post. I finally got the camera to work.
Not too much has changed in the Ringrose House Hold. Phillip and I have both been sick with colds, Tristan is adjusting to his new school, and Canyon has been his normal "full of energy" self.
The boys decided to use a snorkel tube to carve their own pumpkins. I found seeds all over Tristan's room.

Fair 2009

Yesterday we "did the puyallup". I can't believe how expensive it was. Next year we are definitely going on bracelet day. OMG, I forgot how much I loved the elephant ears. The boys had a blast on the rides. Phillip and I took the boy's down the "big" slide. I was surprised how good Canyon did. Two hours later and a lot of money spent, I'd say it was a good day!

Jason and Kyndra's Wedding

Last weekend we attended Jason and Kyndra's wedding in Leavenworth, Wa. What a beautiful site it was. My camera was acting up, so I didn't get to take too many pictures. We are so happy for the two of you. Here's to many years of love, happiness, and laughter. We love you both!!

Tristan's 1st day of preschool

Today was Tristan's first day of pre-school with Madalyn. I did not get emotional until I heard that he wanted his momma when Papa John picked him up for school and only wanted me.
